  • If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved by the competent judicial courts in accordance with Romanian national laws and European Union consumer protection regulations.

  • For the out-of-court settlement of disputes, consumers in Romania and the rest of the European Union have the right to submit complaints through the official European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

  • Customers in Romania may also address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at https://anpc.ro.
