RETURN POLICY & GARMENT CARE LIABILITY

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to strict conditions to protect our handcrafted items:

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, free of any odors (perfume, smoke, or detergent), and in their exact original condition with all tags attached.

• Garment Care Disclaimer: Our custom clothes require delicate care. Items damaged due to improper washing (temperatures above 30°C), machine drying, or ironing directly onto the hand-painted graphics will strictly not be accepted for a return, exchange, or refund.

• The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping fees
