2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

The "Trips" brand name, logo, proprietary clothing patterns, original graphic designs, photographs, and all website content are the exclusive intellectual property of MOS TRIP SRL.

  • The entire concept, from the initial pattern design to the final garment production, belongs 100% to us.

  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, distribution, or modification of our designs, patterns, or content is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3.  ORIGINAL CONCEPT, PREMIUM QUALITY & HAND-PAINTED GARMENTS

Trips garments are created entirely from scratch based on our custom, proprietary patterns. We are deeply committed to sustainability and excellence, utilizing exclusively high-quality, organic materials and premium textile paints and mediums.

  • Artisanal Variations: Because our pieces are individually hand-painted and manually customized, each product is entirely unique. Minor variations in paint texture, color nuances, or graphic placement compared to the website presentation photos are a natural characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the premium, artisanal nature of these products.
